Dr. Sharvari Parghi is a compassionate physician with over 20 years of experience treating both adult and pediatric patients. Based in San Antonio since 2007, she is deeply committed to providing holistic, patient-centered care that empowers individuals and families to take charge of their health. Dr. Parghi focuses on addressing the root causes of health concerns and guiding her patients toward sustainable lifestyle changes that promote long-term well-being.

She earned her medical degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and completed a combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics residency at the renowned Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. After moving to San Antonio with her husband, Dr. Parghi has worked in a wide range of clinical settings, from outpatient care to hospital admissions, treating both pediatric and adult patients for the past 20 years. She is thrilled to bring her expertise to Salveo Direct Care, where she continues her mission of delivering personalized, compassionate care.

Outside of her practice, Dr. Parghi enjoys running, reading, hiking, baking, and spending quality time with her four daughters and her husband.
