We offer care to kids and adult patients. This includes chronic disease management (diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid, allergies/asthma, etc), mental health, urgent care like coughs/colds/urinary infections, sports medicine, medical weight loss, annual physicals and in-office procedures and testing.

We can treat you in the office, via video or secure text messaging as part of our standard of care.

Regular appointments are typically 30 minutes, but can go as long as 60. In a rush? Telehealth visits can be completed in under 5 minutes! Whatever it takes to get you taken care of.

For example: minor suturing, freezing of skin lesions, and simple skin biopsy are all included in your membership fee. If there is an extra charge for a service, you will know exactly what it is before proceeding. There are special labs and procedures that may require an additional fee. Our members receive a discounted price for these special labs and procedures.

If you require a consultant for specialty medical care, we will work closely with that specialist and stay on top of your care.

We’ve negotiated great deals with national labs to get your tests done affordably. You’ll typically be able to get your basic annual bloodwork done for $30-50.

Need a sleep study but your insurance requires too many steps and costs? A home test is around $250 and your machine with supplies can cost $550 – all one time costs. The insurance bill for these services can be $2000+ and with a high deductible plan you pay all of it.

A health-share plan acts as a backup to you paying cash for your large health care needs. Your monthly premium is lower and the large health costs of the group are shared by all the plan members. They negotiate cash rates for you with specialists and hospitals so you don’t have to and that helps the group lower the overall health costs.
