Dr. Salas is a very responsive, attentive Primary Care Doctor. He has always been patient to take his time in answering all of my questions. Anytime that I needed assistance with RX’s, or OTC documentation for my FSA account, he always took the time. Thank you, Dr. Salas!! Direct Care does work if it works for you!!

As the wife who found them and set the appointment, I am very impressed with the speed and functionality our concerns were addressed. My husband was blindsided by a very scary medical concern on Monday morning. We were told he needed to get on medication quickly – the sooner, the better. I spent the rest of Monday calling every primary doctor referral I could find and being told time and again it would be weeks before he could be seen. There were even several offices that said they wouldn’t accept him because we are private pay. By Tuesday morning, I wasn’t feeling very hopeful when I called Dr. Salas’s office.

But Shirley handled our fears with compassion and grace. An appointment was made quickly and paperwork completed online within just a couple of hours. Dr. Salas ordered tests and sent in a prescription almost before my husband made it home. And now we can relax and get to the healing part.
I and my husband would fully recommend Dr. Salas and office to any and everyone. In fact, I’ll be making my own appointment for a general checkup soon ????

Dr. Monica Salas is an amazing provider. I found her using the LASO Health app. I went for my appointment and the office was clean and she was professional and polite. She took the time to listen to my concerns. She didn’t show up late and then only give me 5 minutes of her time like past doctors have. Dr. Salas genuinely cares. I would give her 100 stars if Google let me. It feels amazing knowing I found a primary care doctor that actually cares.

Dr. Salas is exactly what a doctor should be, he cares. Plain and simple, I’m not talking about that fake medical professional facade that seems to prevail, you can’t fake this kind of care, it’s the feeling that someone cares for you, and I feel it’s the impetus of healing, when someone cares for you in a way you might not have cared for yourself it encourages one to start doing better, inspiring another human to care for their self like they should, I don’t know that you can teach that in a medical school.
